One parcel war returned to sender and confirmed by UPS and sender and I can not get any refund.
I returned it with prepared label, within 4 days I got confirmation they received pacakage, returned my money and within one day I had my money back minus 6 euro, which is totally fair
The service was always good until about a month ago. I don't know what's happening, but even though I'm paying for Express service, things are arriving two weeks late.
I've been shopping at yoox for over 20 years, and I've find there merchandise to be of good quality especially their shoes
