Privacy

What we collect

• Questions you ask the agent. We process the question to answer it and may keep it in aggregate to improve common answers. Don't include personal details in questions.
• Correction and removal requests. Your name, email and the details you send, used only to handle the request.
• Technical data. IP address and basic request logs, used for security and to limit abuse (for example, a limit on questions per hour).

What we don't collect

We don't store reviewer names, profiles or full review text from other platforms. Brand pages show numbers, dates, links and our own AI-written summaries.

Legal basis

We rely on our legitimate interest in running a safe, accurate service, and on the need to respond to requests you send us.

Who we share data with

Service providers that host and run the site (hosting, database, AI model provider, error monitoring), under data processing agreements. We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 24 months after they are closed. Logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Email privacy@trustbadgely.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
