I ordered and paid for next day delivery, but the order hasn't been delivered, and now will be a day late.
The girls were really helpful and very knowledgeable.
Unless I use Clearpay, payments almost always fail in the app. Apple Pay, Klarna, and entering my card details manually all show errors.
I have tried to contact then via their website on numerous occasions and have spent over an hour waiting on the phone on two occasions but no answer just kept me hanging on.
She had such an attentive and caring attitude, truly such an asset to the store.
I like that the dashboard makes it clear how many points I have. My orders were processed super quick and problem free.
