They are comfortable, however, the right shoe already has a hole in them. I reached out to them & was told this was normal wear & tear.
Once they have been "outside," they can't be returned. I just paid a $165 idiot tax for overpriced shoes.
She was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products.
I entered the return online and they had the next size shipped out before I had even returned the ones that didn't fit.
