Delivery, returns
and support
How is Ritual delivery?
Delivery reports are mixed and limited. Ritual says orders ship from Nevada and Connecticut and usually arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Some customers report 15 to 20 day waits and wrong delivery notices, and one older Trustpilot review (2023) describes a two week delay. Others praise shipping speed and tracking updates. Some orders were sent to old addresses after customers changed address.
How do Ritual returns work?
Ritual advertises a 60 day money back guarantee. Customers report mixed results. Some say a real person agreed to a refund after AI replies. Others report partial refunds, restocking fees, no response, or returns refused at the address Ritual gave. Several BBB complaints are about Ritual Labs, which Ritual says is a separate company, so not all of them may apply to Ritual itself.
How is Ritual customer support?
Support experiences are split. Many reviewers describe an AI agent or chatbot standing between them and a human, with slow follow-up. Others report fast, helpful service that fixed issues or issued replacements. Ritual says its team usually responds within 24 hours.
How is Ritual quality?
Product quality is rated well by long-term users, who cite stomach tolerance, results and ingredient transparency. Complaints centre on fish-like burps, a lemon taste and the price. A few BBB reports mention dark capsules, which Ritual says is oil seeping into the inner cap, and short expiry dates.
What customers say
about Ritual
The vitamins for women 18+ are the only vitamins I have ever taken that do not mess up my stomach.
This month, my card was charged another $400+ for another 8-month supply that I did not expect.
I was unhappy with the product and after getting thru the AI responses, a real person responded and agreed to a refund.
It was very clear at checkout that this was a subscription.
I have attempted to cancel my subscription several times, but am unable to on the website.
When you burp all you taste is Fish!! I would never recommend these to anyone
Questions about
Ritual
Is Ritual legit?
Ritual is an operating vitamin brand with many satisfied long-term customers, but reviews are sharply divided. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 186 reviews, with 54% at 1 star and 32% at 5 stars. BBB gives an A+ grade, but customer reviews average 1.47 and there are 74 complaints in 3 years. The most common complaints are unexpected subscription charges and hard cancellation.
Does Ritual sign you up for a subscription automatically?
Ritual says it is subscription-based and that this is shown at checkout and in order confirmations. Many customers report they thought they made a one-time purchase and were charged again. Others say the subscription was clear at checkout. Check the order page before paying.
How do I cancel my Ritual subscription?
Ritual says customers can cancel from their account page, and one reviewer says it is under profile. Some customers report that the cancel page would not load, or that they could not log in. Ritual says a website issue was fixed and that support at my@ritual.com can cancel on request. Keep screenshots and confirmation emails.
Does Ritual reply to bad reviews?
Yes, in many cases. Ritual replies to 40.8% of Trustpilot reviews and 50% of BBB reviews. The replies are polite and apologetic, and mostly point customers to email support. Some BBB replies say the complaint is about a different company.
Is Ritual worth the price?
