Delivery, returns
and support
How is Quince delivery?
Most delivery comments are positive. Trustpilot reviewers describe fast delivery and speedy shipping. The problems are real but fewer: a first order lost in transit with no shipping email, an order that never arrived, a custom diamond ring that passed its four-week promise with no update, and a couch with multiple stacked 1 to 3 week waits. Customers also say tracking pushed them to the app, which was a problem for a Canadian customer. One reviewer disliked the FedEx carrier.
How do Quince returns work?
Returns are one of the most praised areas. Customers report easy returns, a long return window, and exchanges handled without fuss. Some say the policy leans toward store credit, though one agent refunded instead. A reviewer notes worn clothing is not accepted unless it is a defect. One Trustpilot customer says cancelling a furniture order costs a 15% restocking fee. One Sitejabber reviewer (only 3 reviews on that site) says a $300 ring refund was denied after return. One App Store reviewer could not find where to start a return in the app.
How is Quince customer support?
Trustpilot reviewers repeatedly praise live chat and text agents for fast, polite fixes, often within about five minutes. Some wish they could speak by phone. A smaller group reports the opposite: no reply to email or text, long phone holds or closed lines, and no fix for a wrong item. App Store reviewers also say there is no way to reach support when the app will not open.
How is Quince quality?
Quality is mostly rated high, especially cashmere, silk, linen clothing and bedding. A minority report problems. Examples are lint from linen bedding after washing, pilling on cashmere and chinos, fading and fraying on a cotton dress, a peeling leather bag, a hole in a sweater, and one reviewer doubting the cashmere and wool content. Sizing inconsistency is also mentioned, such as a dress set where only one of four fit.
What customers say
about Quince
Fantastic products, very high quality and very fairly priced. Speedy shipping, super easy returns. Big huge Quince fan!
Quince has the best clothes, their customer service is definitely 5 star! I had to do an exchange for a different size and I had my replacement item in under a week.
My order never arrived and there is no way to a call. I texted, emailed, no reply.
It keeps saying to update but when I click update. It reroute me to the App Store which doesn’t have the update version but just “open”.
After only one week of sleeping on it, we discovered an unbelievable amount of terracotta-colored lint and dust all over our bedroom.
Ordered a $300 ring from Quince. It came with missing diamonds and was defective. When we returned it, they claimed the ring wasn't in the packaging and denied our refund.
