Delivery, returns
and support
How is Pip & Nut delivery?
Delivery reports are mixed. Some customers report swift, well tracked Royal Mail delivery. Others report an 18 day wait with no arrival, slow delivery, and a past order delayed by over a month. Breakage in transit comes up repeatedly. One Google reviewer reports a delayed order that was resolved by sending a second delivery.
How do Pip & Nut returns work?
Reviews give no clear picture of the returns policy. Some customers report free replacements or re-sent orders. Others report being asked for a barcode from a smashed jar, or never hearing back about a damaged order or replacement. One customer says old stock with a short date arrived and suspects returns are discouraged.
How is Pip & Nut customer support?
Support is the most divided theme. Many Trustpilot reviewers report no reply to emails, forms or social messages, in some cases for months. Others call it excellent and describe free replacements and proactive contact. One Google reviewer reports no reply to emails, and another calls support lovely.
How is Pip & Nut quality?
Taste is the strongest point, but consistency is a concern. Customers report separated, runny or oily jars, and some report overly dry ones. Some report extra saltiness after recipe changes. Bars are said to have short best before dates. A few isolated reports mention glass, a hair and possible tampering.
What customers say
about Pip & Nut
Placed an order, all items showed in stock and 18 days later, still no delivery. They’ve also now stopped replying to my emails
Simply put Pip&Nut is the best peanut butter on the market. So much flavour. It's always my first choice for all my recipes or spread on a slice of toast.
Just opened a jar of the smooth peanut butter, liquid on top, I stirred it, liquid all the way through, I could pour the whole jar out.
I emailed a query which i won't explain as don't want people to take advantage but they actually sent me an entire tub of almond butter free
The PB is lovely but their customer service sucks hard. Every single time we order online they send at least 1-2 broken jars.
Fave peanut butter, always has been, always will be. BUT I just tried their dark chocolate peanut butter cups and my god...unbelievable.
