Parachute happily took my money for a pillow but never sent the package. They generated a UPS label 11 days ago for it and that's as far as it went.
the top sheet developed multiple tears/rips in different places, including the seam.
We have had our mattress for two years and absolutely love it.
Very hard to find Cali king bedding and they had a wide collection in all fabrics and their entire team provided excellent service. 12/10 experience.
I never received my order, yet they had no problem charging my credit card immediately.
