My experience with it was not good at all my hair started falling out by the handfull after just a couple uses
Reached out to customer service in OCTOBER and was told to send receipt and other things which I did and still haven’t heard back!
There was a problem with the order, however customer services were amazing. They were very fast to respond and the problem was fixed almost immediately.
it marked delivered but no package here. I contact customer service they didn’t help anything and ask me to file claim with usps.
A very solid choice for all hair types. doesnt create build up or weigh down hair.
