For a dress costing £95, I expected good quality, but honestly, the quality was comparable to something you would buy from SHEIN.
I returned two dresses (£165) using Oh Polly’s official Evri return service. Weeks later, they claimed the parcel arrived empty and refused my refund.
I love Oh Polly - their clothes are beautiful and great quality. However, every time I use the app, my phone starts to overheat and the app starts to bug.
Oh Polly failed to refund or replace and sided with courier who selected a safe place to leave my parcel, and didn’t provide a sufficient delivery photo
