Delivery, returns
and support
How is Native delivery?
Delivery reports are mixed and lean negative. Some customers report about a week to arrive and quick shipping. Others report orders unshipped after one to two weeks, missing tracking, and months-long waits in 2020 that the brand blamed on the pandemic. UK customers in 2020 reported unexpected VAT and import charges. One 2026 customer reported sunscreen that arrived close to its expiry date. A Google reviewer reported a box arriving with burst bottles.
How do Native returns work?
There is little data on returns. One Google reviewer says the site advertises a 30 day return policy on a first order, but they could not get a return label for two defective spray deodorants despite repeated contact. A Trustpilot reviewer says getting compensation for sprays that stop working needs extra steps with support. The brand says subscriptions can be cancelled in the account. Sitejabber says nothing clear on returns.
How is Native customer support?
Support experiences are split. Several Trustpilot reviewers report no reply, generic answers, or no way to email or call. A Google reviewer reports two emails with photos that went unanswered. Other Trustpilot and Sitejabber reviewers say support was quick, helpful and fixed a missing order or gave a free product.
How is Native quality?
Customers rate the formulas and scents higher than the packaging. Praise centers on deodorant performance, scent and the feel of the lotion and hair care. Complaints cover pumps and caps that are hard or impossible to open, sprays that stop at half full, runny lotion, and body wash that is hard to lather. Some customers report that the deodorant did not work or that a product irritated their skin. Quality complaints about the newer packaging appear in the most recent reviews.
What customers say
about Native
Great scents, vegan & long lasting. I purchased native a month back and it's been exceptional ever since.
Lovely smelling deodorant, long-lasting and also quick shipping. Only negative is price is quite steep!
I really like all of the products that I have tried so far.
I placed an order through their website 2 weeks ago. Our card was charged, and we received a confirmation email that the order was received. But no shipment has arrived.
Two of the spray deodorants I received were defective and would not dispense any product at all.
I purchased one toothpaste and one body wash and DID NOT sign up for any kind of membership or auto renewal.
Questions about
Native
Is Native legit?
Native is a real brand that sells products customers say they use and like. Its trust scores are low, though. Trustpilot shows 1.8 out of 5 from 206 reviews, with 51% at 1 star. Google (3 reviews) and Sitejabber (8 reviews) have too few reviews to be reliable. Some customers allege card fraud or unwanted subscription charges, while the brand says subscriptions are opt in only.
How long does Native delivery take?
Customers report anything from about a week to several weeks. Some say shipping was quick. Others report orders unshipped after one to two weeks in 2026 with no tracking. In 2020 some waited up to two months during the pandemic. UK buyers in 2020 also reported extra VAT and import charges.
Can I return Native products?
The data on returns is thin. A Google reviewer says the site advertises a 30 day return policy for a first order, but they could not get a return label for defective spray deodorants. A Trustpilot reviewer reports extra steps when asking for compensation for faulty sprays. Check the current policy on the Native site before buying.
Does Native reply to bad reviews?
Rarely. Native replied to 5.5% of Trustpilot reviews and none on Google or Sitejabber. The replies seen in the sample are from 2020 and are polite but often point to policy or carrier delays.
Is Native deodorant worth the price?
Opinions differ. Many customers say the deodorant works, lasts and smells great, and some switched their whole family. Others call it expensive, especially after price increases, and report faulty pumps, caps and sprays. Some say it did not control odor.
