Delivery, returns
and support
How is Magic Spoon delivery?
Delivery is the biggest trust risk in the data. Customers report a double charge with no order, a parcel marked delivered but not received, and a bundle shipped by a carrier that did not deliver for 3 weeks. BBB complainants describe tracking stuck for weeks, with one order placed in May 2026 still not arrived in June. One BBB customer cites a promised 5 to 7 day timeline that was missed. A UK customer reported 11 days, which they expected for an overseas order. One subscriber calls shipping fast.
How do Magic Spoon returns work?
Customers report mixed results with the 'happiness 100% guaranteed' promise. One Trustpilot reviewer says the guarantee is not backed by a clear refund policy in the terms. A BBB customer asked for the missing box but got only a refund at a sale price. Another BBB customer was refused a cancellation and refund for an order that had not arrived. One Trustpilot customer reports a refund within days of emailing. Sitejabber has no returns information.
How is Magic Spoon customer support?
Customers report poor support more often than good. Trustpilot reviews describe a two week wait for a generic reply, no phone number and no response to emails. BBB complaints describe repeated runarounds and replies that stopped. One customer says a rep first wrongly said all products were gluten free. A few customers describe friendly or quick help, including a refund within days.
How is Magic Spoon quality?
Taste is divided. Fans praise the flavours and the low carb, high protein profile. Critics report a greasy or gummy feel, a protein powder taste and a hard, sticky texture. Fruity is the flavour most often named as the best. Customers also report unsealed inner bags, wrong flavours shipped, and labelling surprises about milk and gluten in some products. The one Sitejabber reviewer found the cereal ok but would not rebuy.
What customers say
about Magic Spoon
They double charged my card and left me with no order. Took 2 weeks to get my money back from my bank.
The greatest flavours and they’re always updating and innovating. Shipping is fast, prices are fair, and customer service is friendly.
The cereal is ok, but I won't purchase it again. There's just got to be better gluten-free food. Plus, at only 7 ounces, there's not much there either.
Contacted customer service again and they asked me to wait for the lost package a bit longer. I contacted them again when it still didn't arrive
I emailed Magic Spoon & was initially told ALL their products are gluten free. When I challenged the rep to read their own FAQ, he responded back in a few days that I was correct.
I emailed the company and they refunded me my money within a few days of responding to my email.
