I have always had a great experience ordering from Kosas. When I didn't like an item one time, they gave me an immediate refund and I was told to keep the item anyway.
I'm still using their LipFuel, which is one of the best lip balms I've found.
I placed an order with Kosas on 5/5/2026 for a makeup order totaling $83.89. My debit card was charged that day.
Their policy right on there website says I can request cancellation within first hour after purchase.
I submitted two returns stating I could keep the item and receive a full refund Please issue the refund that was promised by your company
