Auto renew that is hard to cancel. You need to visit like 8 different pages to finally cancel a prescription and they do not send any reminder about an upcoming charge.
Pricing is NOT TRANSPARENT. They had a promo of $39 for membership that jumps up to $149 the following month, FINE.
They use real doctors and licensed nurse practitioners; the processing and delivery of the medication is accurate and timely; they respond quickly to inquiries
They wrote the wrong prescription and then I was unable to cancel it and they charged me over $1,000 which I'm now trying to get refunded.
