It was also super easy to return unwanted items from my order
The following day I tried to contact Habitat/Argos and spent nearly an hour with various machine generated voices, bots and 'chats'. This was all very stressful
the back of the table didn’t fit or line up correctly and same with one of the drawers. For £150 item I would expect better quality.
Habitat not only arranged collect from my house to return, replaced the item's straight away, even before collecting the faulty lamp!
Sofa warranties are not honoured, and it looks like they use a company whose sole purpose is to find a reason not to repair it.
