Delivery, returns
and support
How is Grind delivery?
Many Trustpilot reviewers report fast delivery, some within 48 hours. Others report late or missing parcels, especially during recent busy periods. Grind says it ships in 1 to 3 working days with a 48 hour Royal Mail service, and uses Evri for bulkier orders. One App Store reviewer says to allow at least 5 days for home delivery. Damaged items are also reported.
How do Grind returns work?
Reviews say little about returns. One reviewer reports a part refund for a damaged mug but no replacement. Another says there was no return after accidentally creating several subscriptions. Another raised a bank chargeback for an order that never arrived. Grind says subscriptions can be cancelled in the online account portal, but one reviewer found cancelling difficult. One App Store reviewer reports money left on a virtual card that could not be claimed back.
How is Grind customer support?
Support is the most common complaint. Several recent Trustpilot reviewers report no reply or waits of about 5 days. Grind says its team aims to reply within 2 working days. Other reviewers report quick, helpful replies that changed or cancelled orders without delay. Experiences are mixed.
How is Grind quality?
Coffee quality is praised in most positive reviews. Some Trustpilot reviewers report old beans, including one batch 7 weeks old and a subscription repeating a June roast. Others report pistachio pods with little flavour or a rubber smell from a travel mug lid. A Google reviewer found the cafe coffee burnt and bitter.
What customers say
about Grind
Great products, excellent quality and quick delivery.
I've written several emails since then but no response.
They only allow a £10 minimum top up so you always end up with extra money on your card
Shop is great, however app has stopped working with latest update
The staff are kind and the service is fast. However, for those who like good coffee, this is not the place. Unfortunately, our coffee was burnt and really bitter.
Just love how it remembers your last order making it a breeze for future orders. Well designed.

Does Grind reply to bad reviews?
