Delivery, returns
and support
How is Graze delivery?
Delivery reports are mixed. Several older Sitejabber reviewers say boxes were sporadic, arrived a month late or never came. One 2024 Trustpilot reviewer waited two weeks with no tracking, and the brand cited technical difficulties. Other customers report fast delivery and boxes that fit through the letterbox. One Reviews.io reviewer calls delivery slow.
How do Graze returns work?
Returns and refunds are not covered in detail. One Sitejabber reviewer says a refund for an accidental extra box was granted. Another was asked to post back a faulty item at their own cost. One Sitejabber reviewer says a 7 euro charge was never refunded. A Trustpilot reviewer says a "Quality Guarantee" claim got no answer after two weeks.
How is Graze customer support?
Customers report that support is by email only, with no phone line. Some say replies are slow, with one Reviews.io reviewer waiting 3 days. Others report pleasant staff who give few definite answers on stock problems. A few Sitejabber and Trustpilot reviewers report fast, helpful responses.
How is Graze quality?
Taste and ingredient quality are praised by many reviewers. Several recent Trustpilot reviews report stale, rancid or off-tasting nuts and Oat Boosts, even within the best before date. Reviewers also call some snacks too sweet, and portions small for the price. Some say natural flavouring and sugar content undercut the healthy image.
What customers say
about Graze
I use them for nuts and snacks and they are amazing always consistent with services and quality good value
It's always a nice surprise when opening the weekly Graze Box to see what delights have been sent that week. I have not had anything yet that I have not enjoyed.
Just straight up stealing my money at this point I was signed up to receive a box once a month, which I already received a week or so ago.
Don't be influenced by the size of the packaging, once opened the contents are small, small, small!!!
They taste stale and rancid, as if the ingredients were stale before they were made. The best before date is 29 April 2026, so they are in date.
Slow delivery, if it ever arrives at all. Never has all the options, sad really, as that is what puts me off ordering on a regular basis.
Questions about
Graze
Is Graze legit?
Customers report receiving real snacks, and Trustpilot shows 2,090 five-star reviews out of 3,659. Its headline rating is 1.9, and Sitejabber shows 3.6 from 3,005 reviews. Many complaints are about subscription charges, not fake products. The Google and Reviews.io entries are tiny and the Google listing is for a different business, The Graze Escape, so they add little.
How long does Graze delivery take?
Reviews give no single timeframe. Some customers report fast delivery. Others report late, sporadic or missing boxes. The brand told one reviewer that shop orders can take up to 10 working days and that standard post has no tracking.
Can I return Graze snacks?
Reviews say little about formal returns. Customers report refunds in some cases, such as an accidental extra box or a delivery charge. Others report being asked to pay postage for a faulty item, or hearing nothing about a quality claim. Email is the main contact route.
Does Graze reply to bad reviews?
Yes, mostly on Trustpilot, where the reply rate is 79%. Replies are polite and apologetic and often say feedback was passed on. On Sitejabber the reply rate is 9%, and on Google and Reviews.io it is 0%.
Is Graze worth the price?
Opinion is split. Some customers say the snacks are good value and cheaper than shop prices. Many others call them pricey for small portions, citing a £15.99 monthly box for 8 snacks and oversized packaging on shop-bought Oat Boosts.
