The straps of my Everlane leather tote started to peel and eventually disintegrated and broke off the bag on a business trip.
I purchased a pair of jeans they arrived. They were inferior. I returned them using their label two days later. Everlane refused to refund saying they didn’t receive the item
Item was posted from the US to the UK, all duties included in the price so there was no hassle upon import. Fit is fantastic, relaxed and comfortable.
My partner and I have purchased ~10 different tops from Everlane (mostly shirts, overshirts, etc.) and we've been really impressed with the quality.
I bought shoes less than 9 months ago and the sole on the left shoe became unglued. Everlane offered a $10 credit.
The clothing quality is really nice, and I like the clean, modern designs. The website is easy to navigate and there are plenty of options to choose from.
