Spent £270 on shoes, tracking says "your parcel is about to hit the road" for 6 days now, no progress. Emailed about this and no reply.
Excellent, lots of updates about when the delivery would be, delivered in excellent condition.
Soles hardly lasted a year. I finally filled out a warranty claim and was denied because it is 3 months after the warranty is up.
Very helpful staff who helped me practice my Spanish. Great selection of shoes
