I bought an item that still shows as ready to ship in the website, but they actually don't have it in stock and they cannot tell me when it will ship.
The sales staff were fantastic and very supportive. I was really nervous buying this couch without trying it, but it was the only one I could customize to fit my space.
Quality of the couch itself has been really good. We've had the couch for over a year and it stop looks and feels good. No sagging.
I ordered in December and was given a 4 to 6 week estimate but received it in March after 13 weeks.
This was literally the most uncomfortable couch I ever sat in.
They sent the replacement parts within a few days, and the sofa bed then went together without difficulty.
