Delivery, returns
and support
How is Bulldog Skincare delivery?
Delivery is the biggest problem. Reviewers report orders taking from nine days to over six weeks, parcels marked delivered but not received, and missing items. Yodel and Evri are named as couriers. Reviewers who did receive orders on time report 3 to 6 day delivery. Some say a stock delay was not communicated. Complaints continue in 2026 reviews.
How do Bulldog Skincare returns work?
Reviews say little about the returns process itself. One 2026 reviewer sent at least five emails asking to return a late Christmas order and got no reply. Others say refund requests for orders never shipped went unanswered. Some reviewers did get full refunds, though one said it took a long time.
How is Bulldog Skincare customer support?
Support is the most criticised area after delivery. Many reviewers say emails, forms and social messages got automated replies or none. Others mention having no phone number. The brand has pointed some reviewers to a US support team. A smaller group report quick, helpful fixes, including a refund and a resent parcel.
How is Bulldog Skincare quality?
Reviews on quality are mixed. Shaving products, deodorant scent, moisturisers and scrubs get praise. Others report blunt or shorter-lasting blades, a musty smell, watery shave gel, an allergic reaction to a moisturiser and faulty aerosol or foam dispensers. Some reviewers say the products are good and only service is the problem. Several comments concern shop-bought items, not the online store.
What customers say
about Bulldog Skincare
I placed an order with Bulldog Skincare on the 7th June 2026 and after about a week I noticed that it hadn't been shipped yet, so I reached out by e-mail to get an update.
The don’t reply to your emails , no phone number nothing AVOID …
Amazing products, best shaver I ever used and best shaving gel thanks Bulldog skincare
Online order of £63.27 placed on 02/12/24 and arrived in full on 08/12/24. Can't fault the online service nor the quality of the products which are competitively priced.
the quality of the blades is very poor, more cuts in my face in a weeks shaving than I have had in the past 50 years of shaving.
Excellent products with all the different ones I've used including deodorant, shower gel, shampoo, shave gel, face wash and moisturizer.
Questions about
Bulldog Skincare
Is Bulldog Skincare legit?
Bulldog is a real brand whose products are also sold in shops. Its online store has a poor Trustpilot record, with 1.8 out of 5 from 153 reviews and 70% giving one star. Many reviewers report orders that never arrived and unanswered emails. Others received orders as expected, and some got refunds.
How long does Bulldog Skincare delivery take?
It varies widely. Some reviewers report arrival in 3 to 6 days. Many others report waits of two weeks to over six weeks, or no delivery at all. Yodel and Evri are named as couriers.
Can I return Bulldog Skincare products?
Reviews give little detail on the returns policy. One reviewer who tried to return a late Christmas order got no reply after at least five emails. Others say refunds were paid, though one took a long time. Buying in a shop may be simpler, as one reviewer returned products through a retailer.
Does Bulldog Skincare reply to bad reviews?
Sometimes. The brand replies to about 20% of Trustpilot reviews. Replies are polite and apologetic and often say an agent has been in touch. In the sample, replies appear on 2024 reviews but not on the 2026 ones read.
Is Bulldog Skincare worth the price?
Reviews say little about price. One reviewer called the products competitively priced, and others praise the shaving range. Another found a cheaper supermarket day cream with SPF they preferred to the £9 Bulldog one. Product comments are mixed, and delivery problems are the main risk when buying online.
