Yes they are soft and comfortable sheets at first, but not one but TWO sets of sheets tore shortly after the 1 year warranty.
Last week I noticed my flat sheet had finally started to rip after so many washings and so much use. I wrote to the company and they sent out a replacement set at no cost.
I was assured the process would be quick and after more than a week my refund still has not even been processed.
I returned an item I purchased from Brooklinen, and they sent me notification it was received on 11/28/25, and I still havent received a refund (totaling $203.98).
I get a text from Brooklinen every single day. I hit delete and report as scam.
