I placed an order with Birkenstock on 6th October, and my parcel has been stuck with EVRI since 9th October (7 days from this review) with no further movement.
I was so impressed with how quickly, effectively and professionally Customer Service from Birkenstock responded to an issue I was having with one of their products.
I got my Birkenstocks Clogs about 10 months ago and I genuinely think they were worth the price.
While the old shop was far too small, the new one is really great. The staff are very attentive.
I bought a pair of sandals from them and the footbed cracked after only three months of wear.
When I reached out to customer service, they told me I'd had them too long and would just have to buy another pair.
